Due to our station being unmaned quite often I've written some little helper apps to keep the computer running.

One thing is sometimes due to our set up or mixture of WinAmp plugins WinAmp becomes unresponsive or the memory runs too low and WRS is unable to detect WinAmp is no longer working, this results in dead air until a DJ arrives to do a show.

The first app is a simple exe that force reboots the computer. At this stage it has no scheduler in it, so just use the scheduler built into Windows to set the reboot times.
Ours reboots the computer at 3:00AM when not meny will be listening.
Set WRS configuration to start on start up.

The other is just a little app that fources WinAmp to restore and be the active application and sends the play command. I use this because when WRS starts up WinAmp on our system WinAmp goes into Minimize mode.
If you use WinAmpUp you must set it up to run at start up or login, and make sure that automatically start WinAmp is off in WRS configuration.

*NOTE: If you are required to manually login at computer start up on your radio automation computer don't use these, as they will not work.

A replacement application has been developed, click here to view information.
